Direct TV remote control will only control volume on the TV?

The remote has no Direct TV functions at all. I tried to reprogram it using the code on directtv.com but it didn't work. I tried googling it and found nothing to help me.

DH and i have been ttc for 7 months after suffering a mc of twins almost a year ago ttc for 1 1/2 years before that pregnancy. I started spotting on May 28th (which is when my period was expected) i spotted a total of 9 days it was so light that a panty liner was more than enough every 4-6 hours even over night. My breasts started getting sore about 3-4 weeks before expected AF.( I dont get sore when about to start) And i have been sore since as well, have random bouts of nausia and extrememly tired. I think i am going to wait til the 26th of this month to test if i dont get my AF, I have extremely normal 28 day cycles. I was just wondering if this sounds like i could b pregnant or if something else is going on im afraid to get my hopes up cause we have tried so long and mc is all i have gotten.

2000 mustang v6 wont start?

my 2000 mustang v6 wont start after a short that burn the remote wire, after the smoke went away i was able to turn it on but after 30 seconds it just turn off on me as if it had no gas. I replace the remote fuse and nothing happens, and when i turn the key, the battery, heat and oil wont move at all. I left the key on for like 5 Min's and the oil, battery they move as if it was gonna turn on, but wen i turn the key they just go down as if battery was dead but its not. Its an optima so it cant be people are telling me that the computer might of broke. and the keys they have a cheap, the car cranks but it wont start. or the computer got deprogram and that i just need to reprogram it.

DH and I are TTC #2. I have PCOS so my DR put me on clomid, 50mg CD5-9. I started OPK's on CD11 and didn't get a + until CD18 and haven't gotten another since. According to fertilityfriend(and an apparent temp shift) I ovulated on CD17, one day before the + OPK. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm so confused.

I left a dodge intrepid sit for over a year in perfect working condition. After I get it ready to drive again it is stuck in limp mode with p0765 error. Saying it could be the ecm, tcm, solenoid, or sensors. I had the sensors replaced just thinking they might have went bad in the time it was sitting. Someone help please??? problems with env2 for over a week and i really need a working phone!?

About a week ago I was moving out of my apartment and into a new house and somewhere along the line my enV must've got knocked around too much or something because the inside screen stopped working. So, I decide to buy a new one. I buy an EnV 2. I activate the new phone with my number and it worked for about 20 seconds before it started to freeze up and wouldn't let me push any buttons or do anything for that matter, it just froze. I tried taking the battery out, reprogramming it, tried to do the software update but just froze then too, tried everything it seems like. Nothing worked. So i thought the phone was defective. I returned it to the seller and got a different env 2. This one does the SAME exact thing when I activated it. I took it into verizon and all the lady told me was that it was something to do with facebook and to take facebook mobile off my phone because all the lg phones have been freezing up for the past week because of some glitch. So i was all excited that I finally found my solution, i deactivated my facebook mobile and it STILL does the same thing. Also, to see if the phone was the problem I switched my sisters phone number to mine and put mine on a different one temporarily, and activated hers just fine and it worked on the Env 2 just fine! I put her number back on her phone, tried to activate mine yet another time on the Env 2, and it did the same freeze up thing. I am at wits end trying to figure this out and have been at a loss for a week now. Is there ANYONE out there who knows how to fix this? I don't know what to do. If I got a new number and got rid of my old one would that help at all? I just need this figured out. Thanks in advance for your help!

Car wont start!!! scytek rs2000 car alarm problem?

I have a 86 caprice with a scytek rs2000 alarm installed (lcd pic car transmitter)...so today i was showing my dad the car, remote started it and remote shut it down..closed the doors and locked her up. Later on i go to move the car and the remote doesnt work.It doesnt show the arm/disarm, it doesnt do anything (like if its not programmed). So i open the door with my keys and my alarm doesnt go off. I try to turn the car on and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Like if the killswitch is on. So i open up the hood to check to see if my battery and battery connections are fine, everything is ok. Thought maybe the battery was dead or something so i took it to be checked and it was fine. Alarm didnt go off or nothing when I connected the battery back up. Lights in the car work but electric doors do not. Tried to maybe reprogram the remote and the car didnt chirp back or nothing. Not sure whats going on. I just bought the car a couple weeks ago and everything was fine. Theres a button underneath the hood that i believe is the Valet or override or whatever switch but cant get nothing going. I need some help!!!! One more thing, when i was showing my dad the car, i had the engine running with the keys in the ignition. We were checking out the motor and he pressed "the button" a couple times. Dont know if that may have did something. After that is when i shut the hood, turned the car off, then remote started, remote shut down and locked her up. Any ideas, advice?

So much pain after tonsillectomy?

A week ago yesterday I got my tonsils out. They said everything looked fine and I could go home after about an hour in the recovery room. The first two days I was really well compared to what I thought it would be like those days. Then on the third day I was in a lot of pain. It got better on the fourth and the fifth. Then the night before last I got a really really bad ear ache in both of my ears after eating dinner. I took the prescription pain killer (Tylenol with codine that I had stopped taking maybe after the fourth day) and was fine. Then yesterday I woke up with a horrible ear ache and took plain extra strength Tylenol for that. Then after I ate dinner yesterday I got a really really bad earache that didn't go away for a few hours until I took more medicine. Then last night I went to bed around midnight and woke up at one am and was in excruciating pain in my right ear with pain (although minimal) in my left ear. I started to cry and in about half an hour the pain started to die down and I went back to sleep. At four in the morning I woke up again and was in so much pain, I hoped the pain would die down like it did earlier in the night but it didn't so I took more of the perscription, but it felt like it did nothing. Then I woke up this morning at nine and was in a lot of pain again. I quickly surfed the internet for things I could do to numb the pain. I'm now icing my right ear and its working a little, I am not in as much pain as I was when I woke up but its not so little I could just forget about it. Please help, I'm only twelve going to be thirteen soon and I don't want to be in pain on my thirteenth birthday. Also, I'm starting summer camp for musical theater next week and I have to sing and dance and act, but it hurts to talk how am I going to be able to sing? The first thing I did when I got the bike from the previous owner was to put it back in. Loud pipes get motorcycles kicked out of great riding spots, and usually all the noise doesn't come with much performance increase anyway. The DNR can be a PITA but noise limits are good for everyone involved.

I am a new mum. Before this baby I stayed with my husband and his family, i.e his mum, dad and sister. His sister is blind and suffers from psychotic depression. My MIL is also on anti-depressants, she does not go out, has no friends and no hobby, which I suspect is also slightly odd behavior. We stayed with his family because that seemed like the humane thing to do keeping in mind his sister's illness and his parents' helplessness. Now however I'm a little more concerned about the well-being of my son than humane treatment of my in-laws. Is it safe for my child if I continue to live with my in-laws considering one of them (not counting MIL) is mentally ill (though not violent) and shall remain so (or so her doctors say) or should we move out? Why am I still having dreams about her?

On Friday I maxed out on power clean squats and bench and was fine at about 8 in the morning later that night at about 11 I got a sudden sharp pain right under my ribcage on my right side and right under the pectoral muscle. I had a sharp pain when making even a tiny breath. The next day it was worse my mom thought it was a gas bubble but nothing helped I took tums and gas x and they did nothing. Why doesn't the National League use a DH?

Personally, I like the use of a DH, it allows players who make not be great fielders a chance to be in the lineup rather than pitchers cause pitchers are usually not very consistent batters. I mean why put in a pitcher to bat who may have a .140 career average and maybe a few RBIs and HRs when you can put in a guy with a .270 career average with many RBIs and HRs although his fielding skills may not be that great? I mean, are there any benefits to letting pitchers bat, other than some sac bunts? I mean, it is just me, or should the NL utilize a DH position like in the AL?

Okay so I own a 2006 C230 & I only have one key. I want to buy a spare, just in case, but the dealership quoted me $350; $216 for the key & $119 to program. But I have found some on eBay for way cheaper. My question is, can I take a key that was programmed for a different car & reprogram it to mine? And can I reprogram it myself, or do I have to take it to the dealership? Thanks!

The service engine light on my 2006 Nissain recently came on. We took it to our trusted mechanic and he was puzzled as to why it came on (the code was for a transmission problem that is very rare, especially on a car with less than 30,000 miles). He reset it, and told us that if it comes back, to take it to the dealership as it may be covered by the warranty. It came back so we went to the nissain dealership. It was $120 to check out the problem. They told us that nothing was wrong, and "reprogrammed" the service engine light. I repeatedly asked WHY the light came on. The dealership thought I should be happy that "nothing was wrong with the car". To me, having a light randomnly pop off that requires a $120 fix is a complete and utter scam. If it's "scheduled maintanence, then they should explain that...instead of simply charging me money and telling me I should be happy. Are these lights scams?

I'm trying to lose at least 5 pounds by the fourth of july so I've been being really active and eating better for the last few days. I think I burnt off 200 more calories than I took in today, and I wasn't starving myself I ate three nutritious meals with two snacks. I didn't stop moving all day and it was really fun, but I was wondering if I do this everyday from now on (burning 200 more calories than I'm taking in) will I lose the weight or just stay the same? I have a friend that has this same problem. She is sick all the time with the cold and the flu and other things. I would suggest you visit your doctor but i know that she was diagnosed with anemia. This meant that she has low iron in her body and her immune system is virtually nonexistent. I would assume that is what you have but i would visit a doctor to know for sure and to get treatment. Seventh grade problem????!!!?

HELP!!! I switched the NAM setting on my phone and Verizon messed it up even more. How can I fix it?

I switched the NAM setting on my phone, trying to change a different setting and it shut my phone down and changed my password. I tried a million different passwords including the last four digits of my number and the others in my plan, my old last four digits, my last 2 passwords, my current password, and the account password. I took it into Verizon, where they reprogrammed it, which didnt work, and then they did a complete master reset and it still didnt work. Today, I called Samsung and they told me that they are not able to reset the NAM setting because the Verizon employee had done the master reset which made them unable to do anything other than completely rebuild the phone which will cost $70 that I dont have. If anyone knows any backdoor ways to break past the code and reset the NAM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know! and I dont want to hear your opinion about how I shouldnt have changed the setting if I didnt know wat it was ok? I Recently Bought a 2007 Nissan Murano which only came with the one key, even thought the dealer has promised to get me a key-less entry remote its been over 3 weeks and i couldn't wait so i purchased two off of ebay, i easily reprogrammed them and they have worked perfectly for the last week then yesterday i had problems getting either to work it would work one hour but not the next couple of times so i guessed it must be the battery's going out and replaced them, neither worked and i then tried to reprogram them one would work successfully and then 30 minutes later not, i emailed the seller of the remotes about the problems and the temper-mental remotes and he suggested it was the internal programmer in the car that was "going out" has anyone every heard of this and if so how much is it to replace?

clean my throttle valve/body with the carb cleaner and i forgot to disconnect the battery before it...now my cars rough idling and wont mainting the normal idle rpm its going up and down from 1000 to 3000 rpm ...i called the nissan dealer and they said i need a idle reprogram or idle relearn for $125 or worst case scene. a new throttle valve for $400+......should i pay or is there something i can do to fix this....pretty much by disconnecting the sensor i lost the engine normal operating idles rpm..

What should I do about my DD B-day this year?

I took my '04 Nissan Maxima 5 spd auto (RE5F22A) to my mechanic and had my transmission replaced with a reman unit. After the install, the car was driven by the technician and noticed that the gears were not smooth but hesitated into gear. After additional research, he was told by the shop that remanufactured the trans that the TCM may need to be reprogrammed to work with the new trans. After having that done by Nissan, I was told the car had been driven and is ready for pick up. I drove the car for about 10 minutes...seemed fine. Then after a red light, the car went through 1-2-3 then 4th was like it went into neutral??? no power while in high gear. Tried to autoshift but no such luck. Test drove the car a few times but it seems like 4th gear is gone...rpms revs. What else should I have looked at. Trans plus labor cost me $4K...

I have a Ford Explorer 1996 V6 162, 300 miles. I have been having a stalling problem for alittle over a year now.My car's idle will go very low and stall. I can get it started sometime if i press the gas really hard. Most times i have to wait awhile to start it up. It stalls in nice weather and also if I stop alot of places and constantly turning the car on and off. So, to get the stalling problem fixed I have had a tune-up, new catalyic converter,(needed for emission as well but also could have been reason for stalling) new oxgen sensors, fuel regulator, tranmisson flushed, always have oil changes, new water pump, raditor.. lots more. Still noone has found out the real reason for the stalling problem. all mechanic says my car is fine. But when i went to my regular shop the one guy told me i needed a intake manifold gasket. So i brung my car in for the repair. I goes to pick it up and now the owner says i didnt need a intake manifold my car was fine?!!!!STRANGE!!! Instead he fixed other small thing. So after trying other mechanics with still no real help i finally went to the dealership. they told me I needed these items INTAKE MANIFOLD GAKSETS , PCV TUBE AND VALAVE , IAC VALVE , BOTH 02 SENSORS , PCM REPROGRAM..okay notice i said one person said i needed a intake manifold gaskets but turned out I didnt?! I think they were trying to get my money. Another thing that one guy who told me the truth about my car doesnt work there anymore. I just spend so much money on my Ford Explorer already I really need to wait atleast another month to save to get these things fixed. Does Anyone Know how long my car can last until I get it fixed. Anyways after I drove it for 20 miles it went into limp mode its stuck on 1 or 2nd gear I believe. The rpm goes over 3000. Its really heavy when driving it. And I tried taking out the battery, erasing all the codes and also turning the key on and off 5 times but still. So now I don't really know what to do or what the problem could be. You have a lot of dragon monsters but the power of dragons is to combine their brute force with stunning monster and spell/trap effects. Either ditch the dragons for easier to summon monsters or add in weaker dragons with bad as.. effects and focus your spells/ traps around the dragons. Their effects tend to be so powerful. The reason is because cards have to be balanced so if it has a powerful effect then its conditions for use are more strict but you will supply the conditions requiring dragons and gain powerful effects. Google a list of dragon cards or google 6 star monsters with 2400+ atk and lose soul release and miracle dig. They dont fit in with this deck.

Okay..well we just recently we reprogramed the ademco vista 10-se alarm in my house... it is not being monitored by ADT at all.. so the system is working and the siren and alarm is working but theres one problem the wireless door/windows (mostly on the doors) contacts or magnet contacts that suppose to chime when the door opens or trigger the alarm doesnt work.. theres a total of 3 in the house and none of them work do i need to reprogram them if so how? because i reseted the system... or is it the battery i think its the battery since its been like 8 years since we used the system...

I went to a Walmart in California to get new tires for me 2009 KIA Spectra. After getting my car back I noticed the TPMS (tire pressure meter sensor) light was on. I returned to Walmart I found out that they changed one of the sensors of my car because they broke one. Now they are saying they aren't able to complete the repair because their computers can only reprogram the sensors on cars 2006 and older. Is it lawful for them to switch my sensor and not even notify me of the repair? A source would be appreciated as I'm waging war on Walmart.

Hello there. So a quick question... I was stressing out for half the month that I was pregnant and I got my period 5 days late (probably because of the stress.) This period was extremely heavy at first with clotting and severe cramps but now it's almost the fourth day and it's already almost over. It usually lasts 5 days. I have a regular 28 day cycle and I have been TTC x 9 months. I'm pretty sure that I usually ovulate around day 14 but this month I had alot of cramping/sharp twinges on my left side at day 18. The New Army OCS and moving to Benning?

my DH (active duty) was just selected at his local board for OCS. I think his class will start next summer. I know there are a lot of changes made to OCS that either have just started or are just about to start. My kids and I would like to move to Benning to be near him (he's currently deployed and will JUST be getting back when his class is supposed to start) We are currently stationed in Hawaii so I don't know if they will PCS us because we are OCONUS. 2003 Cavalier Won't Open All 4 Doors with Remote?

I can press the remote and it opens the driver's door, then I am suppose to push it again and it suppose to open the remaining 3 doors, but it won't. I live in London and he lives in Ireland. We met 6 months ago, after we talked tons online and I decided to fly over there. We've been flying back and fourth maybe once or twice a month ever since. He's at university and I'm still in school, so he's more busy than me. When we first started dating in January, he wouldn't talk to me until 10pm every night and he'd go out clubbing around 4 nights a week. I felt rather neglected, but I kept quiet and just thought 'it'll change soon'. Anyway, it didn't. So I had to tell him that it'd be nice if he sent a few inboxes during the day and perhaps went out a bit less and he's in a long distance relationship and we need time to talk. He agreed with me and stopped. Anyway, problems progressed. He'd forget me, not be fair etc. For example my nan died a few months ago and instead of being supportive, he made things harder for me. I've been depressed for a long time and even suicidal these past few months and he doesn't understand that the way he makes me feel (not worth it, unloved, unattractive) really does not help my depression! Anything nice he's done (bought me flowers, taken me out, anything sentimental) I've had to ask him to do. He's said if I stop asking him to do things, then he'll do it by himself. But I gave him that chance and it didn't happen. He's said he'll change so many times and that tomorrow will be better, but it never happens. I also found out he'd been camming with other females and saying sexual things to them in the first 2 months of our relationship. He'd also been talking to his ex girlfriend and a girl he was previously in love with (he may still be in love with her..) I just don't know what to think anymore. I even caught him appearing offline to me on msn, and talking to this girl he was in love with instead. Why did people enjoy Borderlands?

I'm not trying to insult anyone that actually enjoyed this game nor am I trying to insult its producers, it was just hard for me to get into it for more than an hour at a time. For starters, what was up with the graphics? I suppose they tried to make it look like a comic book or something to add to its comedic nature, it just didn't seem like a good idea to me though. Secondly, the plot. Aside from the fact that throughout the game you're playing in a region that you have practically no knowledge of regarding its history (thus making it difficult to embrace) your entire game experience consists of you being manipulated by a satellite and going after a vault that you know nothing about: the fact that there was a monster in it was also a horrible let down. Thirdly, aside from quests, was there really anything to do? I enjoyed Fallout because, while there are plenty of quests, they don't restrict you to doing them constantly nor do they restrict you to confined and segregated areas; it actually allowed you to explore a vast area, not just dinky villages. Fourth, the mixing of genres. To me, this game was an amalgamation of an FPS with a bit of dark comedy with just a tad of RPG mixed in; they would have been better off just keeping it as an RPG in my opinion. Not that this is a major issue, but the fact that everywhere you went there was porn was incredibly distracting to me. Also, why were vehicles even needed? If anything I believe Fallout should have had vehicles to get around in, it's not like there are many open areas in this game that require extensive navigating. The only good thing I found about this game were the character abilities: most of the weapons were certainly nothing special.
