Converting an iphone app into a embedded web program?

This is kind of possible using a mega-bookmarket. Basically you embed the entire website (html and javascript) into bookmarket, which can then be run from safari. I'm not 100% sure how its done, but one password example let's me save full little site that let's me browse though all my encrypted notes and stuff.
