How do you REPROGRAM a Toshiba Satellite L505 with no disk?

I have to REPROGRAM my Toshiba Satellite L505 and it never did come with a disk I did it before but I forget what button I had to push as soon as you turned back the laptop on. Can someone please tell me the correct way to do it? The tech support wasn't the biggest help, I couldn't understand them and what they told me didn't work. Please and thank you!
