CVI channel disappeared?

I have a 2006 Phillips TV, model # 20pt6446/37 that the CVI "channel" has suddenly disappeared from when changing stations. All I can get is the SVHS "channel". I've tried (auto) reprogramming the stations, unplugging the TV for a few minutes and even tried removing the batteries from the remote. How do I get the CVI back so I can watch Netflix??
