What is the name of this movie?

It is about a guy who go's to jail if Texan to be executed because his brother brought him on a heist. If he didn't complete the heist his brother would be killed. Instead of dieing he wakes up in a hospital that wants to reprogram him into a person. They try to convince him that he actually went nuts after one of his cigarets killed his wife and kid, and that no heist happened.
