Need help fast how long will it take the ford dealer to reprogram my mustang?

i have a 2000 mustang gt that has went into anti theft mode and wont crank so it has to be re programed at the ford dealer how long will it take them to do this how long will they have the car and about how much will it cost need to know quick thanks
