Could I really be pregnant?

My DH and are trying for baby #2. This cycle has been very odd. On 9dpo I started spoting very light for 2 days then went brown then stoped. DH and I atempted to bd last night when I started bleeding very lightly but when I stoped and went to clean up I noticed it was mixed with a lot of CM. Then this am 13dpo it was gone. Took a Hpt this afternoon very very fain positive but it was a blue die test. Just want some feed back. Thanks
