Virgin Mobile not working?

I have a Rumor Touch 2, and paid my monthly charge today. Right after, my phone would randomly restart and not let me receive texts or make calls. I have reprogrammed my phone, but it's been over 4 hours and still no progress. I have also taken out my battery and placed it back in.
