Sores in mouth? how to get rid?

I recently got over a fever that lasted 3 days. And on the third day I got bad sore throat which turned out to be a throat infection. Then on the fourth day I got these sores but I don't really know what they are. I just think that's what they are. But anyway, they are in five places in my mouth. Two on each side near the top. One on the right side near the back of my tounge and one at the bottom right aside of my mountain. They are also white colored..... what are they and his do you get rid of them?
