OK, firstly you are not the only male afflicted with this condition or conditioning to be more exact. Nearly three quarters of straight male population of earth suffers from this mentality. It is extremely difficult to be anything else given that our opposite sex are made in such a way that they not only appeal to us visually, but emotionally, physically, mentally, esoterically, spiritually, actually, it may be safer to state that they are our reason for existing as they assail us on so many levels from birth to death. This given however does not answer your question, so lets deal with that. In most western culture, the language of Feminine love has been politicised and corrupted by an intellectualism that has, rather than enlight and propagate harmonious coexistence, ended up creating a divisive war-zone while at the same time encouraged the most wanton and degrading sexualisation our female partners, us as primal males and our societies as a hedonistic war zone. Hence yours, mine and millions of others' confusion in this regard. Since matters has gone too far to re-discover some sort of international consensus, one has to deal with things individually, and the operative action is to discover real respect, both for yourself and your partner. To give reins to primeval passion and go from nest to nest, taking here and taking there proves you are no better than a cuckoo, whose brain is a 1000 times smaller than yours, no matter what the temptations are. It also shows that you are not capable of higher ideals and just a slave to lustful meaningless passion that does nothing but erode any essence of humanity and grace that should be yours as a wholesome being.
