Where can I go to get tuned computer for my truck?

Because of the different cams and bore you're going to need to get it done professionally (i.e. dyno tuned). Call up performance shops in your area and see who can do it. It ain't going to be cheap either; expect to pay at least 200, higher end shop around 350-400.
