Should I take a pregnancy test yet?

I have looked at my chart a href="http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/56c7…" rel="nofollow"http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/56c7…/a and it looks promising, but I don't want to get my hopes up. I have had so much trouble in the past that this may be normal. When should I test?? I really want to be pregnant, my dh and I have been trying since November for our second. We have a beautiful two year old girl.
