I change the flow meter of a Nissan Altima S 2003 with a new but its not an original part?

I bought the new flow meter according the (VIN) but this part don't have the resistance visible as the old. My car is still having problems with the Codes P0113 and P1122. Also I need to know if its necessary to reprogram the computer if a throttle part is changed?
