How to reprogram Nintendo Wii controller?

Here's the deal: I took two of my Wii controllers to a friend's house and programmed them both to his Wii so we could all play together. Well when I brought them back home, I turned on my Wii, went to the home screen, then I glanced @ my remote and the lights @ the bottom that determine which players remote it is, was blinking and never stopped on player one and I just need to know how to reprogram remote one so I can play my games and reprogram remote two..thanks!
