How to program toyota 1994 cammry?

so i though it was the battery for the remote but it wasnt i brough a new battery nd try it out nothing happen called the deal place they told me about $40 to reprogram it nd stuff nd to bring it to check it out..i dont wanna do that so i wanna see if i can do it my only so can u guys help me out? its toyota 1994 cammry v6 :D
