How can i switch my xbox 360 controller x axes?

This is left to the game software. So if a particular game doesn't allow advance controller remapping features like you want you will not be able to achieve them with a standard controller. Even the profile settings like "invert y-axis" are just suggestions that the console will make to games that support them. There is no global override in the console to change the control scheme.
